Second opinions needed: sister pushed me toward horton's auto sales

My sister mentioned horton's auto sales like it was common knowledge everyone already trusted them. She bought a car there last year and won't stop bringing it up whenever car shopping comes up.

I've never used them myself and the whole thing feels a little too convenient for my taste, like she just fell for good marketing. Anyone here have actual experience buying from them, good or bad? Trying to get opinions that aren't from someone who's related to me.
